Experience coastal bliss at this oceanfront house set directly on Easton's Beach. Panoramic views set the backdrop on the home's main level, where a wall of windows faces the ocean. Two sitting areas give guests space to gather, unwind, or enjoy a round at the pool table, while the kitchen — equipped with a Viking gas stove and plenty of prep space — easily handles everything from group meals to beach-day snacks. A full laundry room tucked nearby is great for longer stays and busy beach days.

New updates are planned for spring 2026, including a new central air system and a renovated bathroom.

Sleeping Arrangements

With eleven beds across four bedrooms, 107 Purgatory comfortably hosts larger groups and families. The main bedroom features a king bed with spectacular water views, while a second king bedroom offers a quiet escape. A third room holds a queen and two twins, and the largest bedroom — on the third floor — is well suited for bigger groups, with two king beds, a queen, a full, and two twins. Bathrooms are thoughtfully located on the first and second floors, making it easy for everyone to settle in.

The Beachfront Terrace

Outdoors is the main event here. A lovely terrace sits just above the sand, with Adirondack chairs, a fire pit, a dining table, and seating arranged for watching the waves or sharing a drink as the sun sets. An outdoor shower makes rinsing off after the beach easy and refreshing. The beach is right below — no driving, no packing up, just walk outside. Whether it's a barefoot morning or an evening by the fire, the coast is always part of the experience.

Guest Access & Extras

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire residence, including the outdoor living space and expansive driveway. For seaside excursions, complimentary beach chairs, beach toys, and plush beach towels are provided, along with a baby port-a-crib and high chair for the youngest guests. Inside, you'll find family toys, games, and books. And to elevate the experience, a private chef is available to curate an unforgettable sunset dinner with breathtaking views of the beach.

Location & Neighborhood

Just beyond the sand, you're minutes from everything Aquidneck Island offers. Downtown Newport — only a 4–5 minute drive or a 15–20 minute walk — brims with harborfront restaurants, galleries, boutiques, and live music venues.

Getting around is easy and enjoyable — walk, bike, ride a scooter, or rent a golf cart to explore. With a 25 mph limit on most streets, the island stays safe, family-friendly, and relaxed.

Guest Details & House Policies

Additional house rules apply, including no confetti, no taped decorations, no bonfires, no use of the indoor fireplace, and no rearranging of furniture without prior approval. Please use only the driveway and limit vehicles to five — street and circle parking is subject to ticketing and towing.
